Yes we work around the needs of the business and students and plan availability.
All rotas are completed 4 weeks in advance.

We promote communication throughout the business, from commercial to personal. Students will need to identify needs to their manager or supervisor at the earliest opportunity.

The induction is very strong in our business to get the colleagues off to the best start possible. Any advise on improvements would be welcomed.

Every colleague is treated fairly in our business. Every colleague has an equal voice if there is any reasonable adjustments to be made then this is organised at the point of the interview.

We have a clear zero tolerance for sexual harassment and anti-social behavior. We have a clear reporting procedure which will be dealt with immediately by a manager or supervisor.
